Soda spilled in Peach County
PEACH COUNTY Ga. — The Georgia Department of Transporta
tion (GDOT) reported a sticky situation blocking lanes on 1-75
in Peach County Friday, December 14. According to GDOT,
a wreck involving a tractor-trailer and spilled soda on the
northbound side blocking two of three lanes on the highway.
That accident was near the Georgia 247 Connector/Center
ville Rd. Byron fire crews and police officers responded to
the scene.
First graders collect donations for CCAA
Helping needy families
Critter Fixer Veterinary Hospital and the athletic training program, Football Skills Develop
ment gave away 140 turkeys to needy families for the holidays. Staff members said they
had a blast spending the afternoon making families smile!
First grade students at Byron Elementary School collected donations to help Critical Care for
Animal Angels rescue in Byron. Students are pictured with CCAA director Regenia Bradham.
Our tiny girl Marla is looking so much better
since her mama tried to eat her. She will have a
scar around her eye but she is so so cute still.
She is now spayed and had her first shots and
is hoping someone will love her always and
