Ours and Yours
THE GEORGIA POST 4
The end times
For a few minutes will
you stop to think about
the last day of your fa
vorite vacation?
Think about
that last Christ
mas when your
entire family
was together.
Think about
the last kiss you
gave a loved
one, before
they were gone
forever.
Remember the
last words you
uttered to your
parent before he or she
passed away. Life is filled
with almost as many
endings as beginnings.
Endings can be diffi
cult, but endings can also
leave fond remembranc
es. I never want to forget
the last time I told my
daddy that I loved him
before he died. Nor do
I want to forget the day
my mom was comatose;
yet I talked to her while
I took the curlers out of
her hair and brushed it,
knowing she would never
wake up here on earth.
Bittersweet endings
reside in every life.
Today, I’m preparing for
another end. That end is
life as I once knew it. I
think back to the carefree
days of yesterday and my
heart aches.
The signs of the end
of this age is at hand.
In Luke 21:10-11, Jesus
said, “Nation shall rise
against nation, and king
dom against kingdom.
And great earthquakes
shall be in divers places,
and famines, and pesti
lence; and fearful sights
and great signs shall
there be from heaven.”
Do these verses remind
you of what we are see
ing in our world today?
Jesus further said in
verse 31, “So likewise
ye, when ye see
these things come
to pass, know ye
that the kingdom
of God is nigh at
hand.”
Jesus warned us,
way back then, of
what was to come
and how to recog
nize the end and
when it would be
upon us.
In verse 36, Jesus
went on to say, “Watch
ye therefore, and pray
always, that ye may be
accounted worthy to es
cape all these things that
shall come to pass, and to
stand before the Son of
Man.”
The end is near for all
of us people. Will the
story of your life end on a
happy note or a sad on?
Jesus is the Way, the
Truth and the Life. No
man will go to heaven
without Him. Do you
believe this? If so, put
down evil, people. Strive
for the good. Our days
are truly numbered.
In Revelation 22:7
(near the end of the
book) Jesus said, “Be
hold, I come quickly:
blessed is he that keep-
eth the sayings of the
prophecy of this book.”
How will your life
here on earth end and
after it’s over, where will
you spend your eterni
ty? These are the most
important questions
you will ever answer for
yourself.

We just need to mind our own
God is calling America to re
pent, turn from its evil ways and
turn back to Him. We cannot
continue to call evil good and
expect to be blessed. And per
sonally, I believe we are running
out of time.
I tell my Bible study ladies all
the time, we need to be bold,
courageous and stand firm on
God’s worth, no matter what’s
going on in the world. The world
will try to silence you and satan
will try to stop you when you are
standing with God.
It’s happening all around us,
even in our own communities.
For example, some person
wanted to stop the tent reviv
al in Roberta recently. They
called the state patrol saying
safety protocols were not being
followed. That was not the case
at all, in fact it was a big fat lie.
Some self-proclaimed gestapo
person didn’t like people wor
shiping together.
When God is working and peo
ple are seeing Him work, satan
has to come in and try to stop
that work. That sometimes is by
using other people whose hearts
certainly are not on God.
People it seems, have lost all
sanity, but in reality, they are
letting evil rule them. For the
life of me, I cannot understand
why people feel the need to tat
tletale on other people, whether
it’s for not social distancing
or not wearing a mask. That’s
something little kids do when
they don’t get their way. During
Nazi Germany, Jews told on
other Jews, so guess we really
shouldn’t be surprised, but
you just think this wouldn’t be
happening in America and that
we would have learned
a thing or two since
then.
What happened
to mind your own
business? We need to
relearn to stay in our
lane and worry about
our own selves and
let others worry about
themselves. You won’t
answer for them, only
for yourself.
I also cannot believe
so-called pastors have
come out to condemn
the President for
standing with a Bible in front
of a church rioters tried to bum
down. We get more upset about
someone holding a Bible than
we do about businesses being
destroyed or lives being de
stroyed.
I know some have tried to spin
it and say he took advantage
of the situation for a photo-op.
That never, ever crossed my
mind, nor would it, no matter
who it was holding the Bible It’s
certainly better than defaming a
monument or looting a store.
Those same people tried to
say tear gas was used to move
protesters out of the way. That
was not true either and if any
one would take time to seek the
truth they would find it. First of
all, if tear gas had been used, the
police and security would have
been wearing gas masks because
the tear gas would affect them
as well.
President Trump was making
a statement. I got it. Faith over
fear; the Bible is truth
and God will prevail; one
nation under God. It was
okay for Clinton or others
to hold a Bible up but not
Tramp.
I am not one of those
who thinks Tramp can
not do anything wrong
because he does and
doesn’t always say the
best things, but I believe
he is trying. He gets grief
no matter what he does
and has yet to keep any of
his salary. He donates it to
various things. Personally,
I don’t know how he takes and
takes everything that is hurled
at him and keeps on going in
trying to save America from
those who want us to join the
New World Order.
Because of the riots last week
many missed other pertinent
things going on. If they keep
you distracted long enough, you
won’t have a clue about what’s
really going on around you.
Doesn’t it bother anyone that
rioters or protesters are not
social distancing and millions
can attend a funeral because of
national attention but we have
had to bury loved ones without
being able to attend the funeral
or even visit them in hospital
and we still can’t totally con
gregate at church? Just doesn’t
make any sense. Pelosi wants
you to stay on lockdown and
obey authority but says rioting

ATime

business
and looting is a good thing for
the cause. There is something
much deeper going on and we
need to wake up people.
I have had to ask whose wis
dom are most people following,
the government’s or God’s?
Sadly even leaders and pastors
of churches are not flexing their
faith muscles either and allow
ing the government to tell them
what to do which is unconstitu
tional.
Church should be a sanctu
ary, a refuge from the world
and bringing the world and it’s
craziness into it, is not pleasing
to God. People don’t seem to
understand that wearing masks,
etc. are just recommendations,
they are not laws, nor are they
mandated. I still say if you want
to that’s fine but don’t let your
fear extend into my freedom
and respect my right not to com
ply with unconstitutional rec
ommendations. It has been way
to easy to get people to comply.
Kudos to those churches which
found ways to remain open this
whole time.
If those people taking a knee
for a cause would take a knee for
Jesus Christ, we would start to
see things change in our world.
One day every knee will bough
and every name confess. He’s
the only way and the only cause
truly worth fighting for every
day. Blessings.

Masks vs. oxygen and C02
Oxygen is the most important
supplement of life to our body.
Try to do without for a little bit
and you will see how much your
body craves the flow of oxygen
through your air portals.
Have you ever tried to do
something with exertion while
airflow was restricted? Though
masks can have their place
when slowing the spread of a
respiratory pandemic, com
mon sense needs to be used
in its use. I for one couldn’t
figure out why we would shut
the country down (because of
a respiratory pandemic) and
not try first to get everyone to
put an absorptive material in
front of the source of respiration
(to keep respiratory droplets
from spreading) when in public
spaces or while in a vulnerable
person’s space. I simply look
at masks value in a respiratory
pandemic’s primary value as
serving the purpose of a mouth
diaper since this would be the
primary source of the spread.
We would all probably
be better off if it only
covered the mouth.
I see people riding
down the road and in
areas where nobody is
around them and they’re
wearing a mask as if we
are in a virus filled atmo
sphere.
This is understandable
since the ones that are
supposed to be experts
in viruses (and what
can spread them) gave
mixed messages and convoluted
guidance about masks from the
beginning. If someone that stud
ies respiratory spread viruses
cannot give solid guidance out of
the gate on the wearing of masks
over the source of respiration,
(in my opinion) they’re either
incompetent, or their initial mis
sion wasn’t virus mitigation. Did
you notice how that later they
said yes you should wear masks?
This same scientific
community cannot
even get together with
each other and front
line medical personnel
on accepted treatment
protocols (that work
out on the front lines).
This can be expect
ed when massive
amounts of monies are
at stake for patented
drug treatment proto
cols and vaccinations.
Though wearing
masks has its place, it can be
harmful in not only restricting
oxygen flow, but also breathing
in exhaled CO2. CO2 is what
gives the plant life around us
breath; it’s not for us to re
breathe. This can raise the levels
of CO2 in our blood and it can
be harmful.
Always remember, a well-ox-

flow
ygenated body is less disease
friendly. Oxygen is the most
vital supplement to our lives and
keeping a good flow helps with
increases energy levels, mental
alertness and helps kill bad stuff.
Germs and bacteria thrive in
low oxygen environments and
when things are oxygenated it
helps dry out the bad stuff. Deep
breathing, exercise and staying
active helps increase the inter
change of oxygen and CO2 and
this flow shouldn’t be impeded
any more than we have to for
safety reasons.
I believe 100% when a viral
respiratory pandemic flares up,
using masks when in pub
lic spaces or in a vulnerable
person’s space has value but as
soon as possible the mask needs
to come off!

Marxists vs. fascists historically speaking by Dr. James Finch
Today, it seems that the
worst possible label you
can give a political leader is
“fascist.” Traditionally this is
a term reserved for far right
leaders and has been applied
by many towards President
Trump. Yet recently I have
seen it used against liberal
governors of states who are
keeping quarantines in place.
Calling a liberal a fascist
seems odd, but, historically
speaking, it may be under
standable.
In the past, conservatives
sometimes referred to
liberals as communists and
Marxists as an attack. The
problem with this today is
that some on the left are
owning the title of Marxist
or, at least, socialist. One
of my colleagues refers to
himself as a Marxist, as do
several students. I find this
strange and perplexing. First,
do people really know the
difference between a fascist
and a Marxist? And why is it
acceptable to call yourself a
Marxist but totally incompre
hensible to call yourself a fas
cist. (For this piece, I need to
note that I have a word count
so I do have to generalize.)
Please do not misunder
stand me. I am not arguing
that we should start calling
ourselves fascists. I have
nothing but contempt for
the concept. But should we
not have similar contempt
for Marxism? Since WWII,
fascism has always carried a
negative connotation. In fact,
the term is not really used
except as a slight towards op
ponents. The public has un
derstandably denounced any
fascist connections. The Na
zis did cause WWII and were
responsible for the deaths
of more than 17 million
during the Holocaust. What
is puzzling is that if Nazis are
to fascists what communists
are to Marxists, then why is it
acceptable to associate with
communists when they are
responsible for the deaths of
between 21-70 million people
worldwide between all the
various communists’ regimes
over time.
It is true that Marxist and
communists are not the
exact same thing. Marxism
is the political ideology of
Karl Marx’s ideas, whereas
communism is the political
system based on Marx’s
ideas. However, the same
holds true with fascism and
Nazism. Fascism is a po
litical ideology developed
in Italy during WWI. The
Great War brought about
destruction that the world
had never imagined, leading
Italian Fascists to believe
liberal democracy had failed,
not unlike the communists.
Both ideologies have social
ist tendencies, believing in
state control, but whereas
communism is based on
class, fascists used nation
alism. Hence, communism
is seen as left while fascists
are seen as right. Obviously,
this is a simplified explana
tion, but the premise is true.
States like the Soviet Union,
China, and North Korea used
Marxist philosophy to create
dictatorships the way the
Germans did with fascism.
For years I have had an
issue with the generally
accepted left-right political
spectrum. As it currently
looks, Republicans are on the
right with fascists on the far
right. Conversely, Democrats
are on the left with commu
nists on the far left. I prefer
the model where ideology or
parties are on a circle instead
of a line. In this model, the
bottom of the circle can be
democracy with Republicans
a bit to the right along the
circle and Democrats a bit
to the left. At the top of the
circle is totalitarianism with
fascism a bit to the right
side and Marxism a bit the
other way. This model more
accurately shows more sim
ilarities than differences in
Marxism and fascism. They
are both failed philosophies
that caused death and pain
for millions, yet one is more
accepted than the other.
Maybe it’s time to condemn
all forms of extremism. The
circle chart also shows that
Republicans and Democrats
are not so polarized. If the
two parties can purge any
who adhere to either Marx
ism or fascism and focus
instead on democracy, maybe
we can work a few things
out. However, for that to
happen, we need to condemn
Marxists as much as we do
fascists.
