Chik-fil-A dedicates Byron store
Search continues for
missing 28-year-old
UPDATE: Just as we
Last week was good for Byron with new businesses. Not
only did Chik-fil-A open, but Skweeky Kleen Car Wash on the
corner of Hwy. 49 and Linda Drive also opened. The grand
opening was Saturday but on Friday, citizens could actually
get a free wash that day only. Chad Thomaston is the site
manager. Jimmy Shehee, Neal and Tammy Fairchild and San
dy Elks, are owners. Open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Go get your dirty
car washed.
Adrian Brown
Adrian Decarlos Brown,
41, of Warner Robins, has a
criminal record that includes
not only armed robbery but
rape and aggravated assault
with intent to rape, according
to the Georgia Department of
Corrections records.
Police reports state that
Brown and another man came
into the Subway at 9:21 and
Brown was brandishing a two-
tone, semi-automatic pistol
and demanded cash. His ac
complice served as a look-out
during the robbery.

County deputies from the
warrant division.
At his residence clothing
worn by Brown and the other
suspect was recovered. Brown
is a registered sex offender
and was released from prison
in August 2016. According to
the records, he served 19 years
for convictions in Bibb County
for a 1996 armed robbery and
aggravated assault with intent
to commit rape and a 1996
rape.

regarding the other suspect or
the robbery, is asked to con

ment Center.
Suspect caught by Crimestopper tip
June 25th, Macon Regional
Crimestoppers received a tip
as to the location of a subject
wanted by the Byron Police
Department. The U.S. Mar
shal’s Fugitive Task Force
and the Houston County
Warrants Division took Mike
Walker, 51, of Macon into
custody without incident.
Walker is charged with Ag
gravated Assault and Rape
from May 10th of this year.
He also faces charges of
Kidnapping and Aggravated
Assault in Bibb County. Walker

went missing from his Fort
Valley home last Thursday,
June 25, around 1:30 p.m.
when he left Fort Valley for
his job in Warner Robins.

was last seen wearing a red
shirt. He was driving a black

other alert for law enforce
ment agencies on the I-75
corridor and I-16 corridor in

contact with the person for
any reason, such as a traffic
stop or an arrest, an NCIC/

missing person status. The

A county by county search

the young man including
helicopters. His mother,
Tanja Davis has called for
urgent prayer. On her social
media page, she pleaded,
“Please family I am begging
for your prayers for Domi
nique Towns, my son. This
has been the hardest thing
I’ve ever gone through. Not
knowing where my child is.
If there is anyone willing
to come forward please do.
We just want Nique back.
He is my precious son if you
know anything about him
you know this isn’t some
thing he’d do. Please,please,
