Each Plate will he accompanied by a full and accurate description therefore, so as to make it perfectly intelligible to every person. The work will be printed and issued to subsetibers in the first style, on superior paper, and wi'h a handsomely printed cover, and delivered to subscribers at the very low pr ice of One Dollar per ro py. Absconded ftom the village of Wnghtshoroiigh, Columbia county, on the morning: of the 20th inst. a man of the needle, who, while here, passed by Ihe name of Rainey, alis Rayner, hut whether or not it was his correct name, 1 am not able to determine, yet any common observer may be able to recog* nize the imposter by the pecu liar and striking marks on his physiognomy, it will he percep tible to every one. that he is in capable of seeing out of his right eye, having a considera ble blemish br rather the sight being entirely destroyed, and immediately above the same eye, on the upper edge of the eye brow, there is a large mole mark or wart, so that no man can he mistaken in the runa way. He has left his landlord a good deal in arrears, together with a merchant or two of this place. Tavern Keepers, Mer chants, tyc. will therefore take heed lest they ,he taken in like wise, by this blink-eyed Tailor; it is probable this is not the on ly place he has left in the same wttf. Wrightsboroug, Nov. 1. 23 3t A GREEABLE to an order of the Hororable Inferior Court of War ren county, when sitting for ordinary purpose-H, will he sold, at the Court House, in Warren County, on the first Tuesday in January next, the following property to wit: Seventy nine acres of land, more or less, whereon Sarah Pate now lives, sold subject to dower. Also one hundred and twenty four acres, more or less, whereon John Pate now lives, sold subject to dower. Also one hundred and fifty acres, more or less, adjoin ing the above land am. James Gra nade’s land and Benjamin Thump sun’s land, sold subject to dower of the widow Sarah Pate, and also to ; dower or claim of the widow Sarah Farr, in the last mentioned tract. Al so one negro girl about 19 years of age, by the name of Dinah—all the property of Drury Pate, dec. Suld for the benefit of the heirs and credit ors of said dec.
