Mrs. H. B. Nicliolson entertained
delightfully yestefday afternoon with
three tables of cards in honor of her
sister Miss Grace Harman of Atlanta
and Mrs. W. A. Thompson's guests,
Misses Annie Bishop and Margaret
Wilson of Bartow, i"la. At the con
clusion of the game a delicious ice
course was served. Guests included;

Mrs. Loam Brown’s music class gave
an -~il'\teresting reqilal on Tuesday
evening at the High School audituri.}un.
The stage was prettily decorated for
the occasion with American flags,
hydragea plants, ferns and a large
“Liberty Bell.” A most pleasing pro
gram was rendered, the entire class
appearing Tn while middy suits. The
rendition of a number of patriotic
songs by Mrs. Bouner Brown was a
pleasing feature.
