Bainbridge, Ga., July 14.—After a
fight of nearly fifteen years. Donal
sonville, the second largest city in
Decatur county, seems in a fair way‘

GEORGIA MAY PUT BAN ON
BEVERACES WITH CAFFEINE
Atlanta Ga., July 15.—The sale of
any beverage made from a patent
formula containing caffeine is pro
hibitied under a bill which has been
introduced in the Georgia Senaie by
Senator Fred Key of the Sixteenth
District. :
Coffee zilso containsg caffeine” says
Senator Key, “but it will not be af
fected. It is not made from any patent
formuia.” i
The senator declared .ho expected
stiff opposition, but was prepared to
battle to the last. A s'milar bill was
introduced in the House three years
ago by Representative W. W. Stark
of Jackson, but was killed in com-
