County include the following:
•Franklin Nelson Bales, battery,
$300 fine and probation.
•Joshua Andrew Barrett, DUI, 12
months probation, $600 fine and 40
hours community service. Charges
of driving too fast for conditions,
operation of a vehicle with a cracked
windshield and open container vio
lation were dismissed.
• Benjamin James Bennett, no
proof of insurance, $200 fine and
probation. A charge of failure to
secure load was dismissed.
•Richard Lee Bernius, improper
standing, $143 fine.
•Brandy Bishop, mandatory edu
cation for child, $200 fine and 12
months probation.
•Phillip Andrew Bryson, DUI,
$1,000 fine, probation and risk
reduction program.
•Omar Shariff Bush, obstruction
of officers (reduced to public drunk
enness), $143 fine.
•Kevin Anthony Kinney, too fast
for conditions (reduced to speeding),
$300 fine.
•Gary Caleb Mealor, DUI, $600
fine, 12 months probation, 40 hours
community service and risk reduc
tion program. Charges of improper
stopping in roadway, violations of
driver's license restrictions, sig
nals required in changing lanes and
license to be carried and exhibited
on demand were dismissed.
•Barry Lamar Norton, laying
drags, $200 fine and probation.
•Anthony The Pham, DUI drugs,
$600 fine, 12 months probation, 40
hours community service and risk
reduction program.
Charges of possession less than
one ounce of marijuana, following
too closely, reckless driving and
failure to maintain lane were dis
missed.
•Adam Shallin Rush, DUI drugs,
$800 fine, 12 months probation,
40 hours community service and
risk reduction program. Charges of
possession of marijuana, less than
one ounce, fleeing or attempting
to elude a police officer, reckless
driving, weaving over roadway and
improper stopping in roadway were
dismissed.
•Rigoberto Serraro, driving
while license suspended or revoked
(reduced to no license on person),
$143 fine.
•Barry Strauss, DUI, $600 fine,
12 months probation, 40 hours com
munity service and risk reduction
program. A charge of speeding was
dismissed.
•Donnell Thomas, DUI, $800 fine,
ignition interlock, 12 months proba
tion, 30 days community service and
risk reduction program. Charges of
weaving over roadway and violation
of conditions on limited driving per
mit were dismissed.
•Aaron Christopher James Ward,
two counts theft by shoplifting,
$1,000 fine, 12 months probation
and 30 days confinement.
•James Michael Brewer, two counts
of loitering, 12 months confinement.
Charges of obstruction, criminal
trespassing, public drunkenness and
loitering were dismissed.
•Branden Dean Corns Reinemann,
obstruction and stop sign violation,
12 days confinement. A charge of
fleeing was dismissed.
•Shane Scott, suspended license,
$1,000 fine and 12 months proba
tion. A charge of expired tag was
dismissed.
•Brenda Aileen Higgins, three
counts of contributing to depriva
tion, 12 months probation. Three
counts of child abandonment were
dismissed.

ing too closely, $143 fine.

charge of knowingly driving a motor
vehicle on suspended or cancelled
license was dismissed.
•Christopher Scott Schwarz, DUI
(reduced to reckless driving) and
possession of less than one ounce of
marijuana, $2,000 fine, 12 months
probation, 40 hours community ser
vice and risk reduction program.
Charges of duty to stop at the scene
of an accident and operating vehicle
without a valid tag were dismissed.

12 months probation. A charge of

Charges of criminal trespass and two
counts of cruelty to children were
dismissed.

license suspended or revoked (no
license on person) and following too
closely, $286 fine.
•Kim Ann Garrett, deposit account
fraud, $191 restitution.
•Stephanie Hill, littering, $150
fine and 12 months probation.

with the victim.
