— County officials sworn in on New Year’s Day —
ELROD TO SERVE ANOTHER TERM
Don Elrod was sworn in on New Year’s Day to serve
another term as tax commissioner. He is being sworn
in by Probate Judge Margaret Deadwyler.
CHANDLER TO SERVE ANOTHER TERM
Billy Chandler was sworn in on New Year’s Day to
serve another term as magistrate judge. He is being
sworn in by Probate Judge Margaret Deadwyler.
New Piedmont Judicial Circuit Court Judge Currie
Mingledorff was recently sworn into his position by
Georgia Chief Justice Leah Sears. Mingledorff replaced
the retiring Judge Bob Adamson.
HARDY TO SERVE ON BOC
Chas Hardy was sworn in on New Year’s Day to serve
as the District 2 representative on the Jackson County
Board of Commission. He is being sworn in by Probate
Judge Margaret Deadwyler.
BICKNELL TO SERVE AS BOC CHAIRMAN
Hunter Bicknell was sworn in on New Year’s Day to
serve as chairman of the Jackson County Board of
Commission. He is being sworn in by Probate Judge
Margaret Deadwyler.
MOORE TO SERVE ANOTHER TERM
Don Moore was sworn in on New Year’s Day to serve
another term as state court solicitor. He is shown

WHEELER TO SERVE ANOTHER TERM
Lynne Wheeler was sworn in on New Year’s Day to
serve another term on the Jackson County Board of
Education. She is being sworn in by Probate Judge
Margaret Deadwyler.
GRAY TO SERVE ANOTHER TERM
Jerry Gray was sworn in on New Year’s Day to
serve another term as State Court judge. He is pic

account fraud, $138 fine.
•Rebecca McDiffit, deposit account fraud,
