CHURCH HOSTED CHOIR
Galilee Christian Church, Jefferson, hosted the
Atlanta Christian College Choir Sunday, March 1. Dr.
Byron Cartwright, professor of music at the college,

p.m. There will be fresh pro
duce weekly as well as pecans,
furniture, children and adult
clothes, shoes and toys. New
and gently used items arrive
weekly. Any donations will be
greatly appreciated. Donation
sheets are available upon

proceeds will go to the church
food ministry to help feed

Center Methodist Church
will hold its annual “Spring
Chicken Stew” Saturday,

March 8, the Rev. Larry Seals
will preach the 11 a.m. ser
vice. On Saturday, March 14,
at 6 p.m. there will be a youth
conference with evangelist
Greg Lentz. Mr. Lentz will
direct a combination youth
choir. Youth groups of all
churches are invited to par
ticipate. Anyone planning to
be in the choir must be at the
church by 5 p.m. for practice.
Pizza and refreshments will
be served. On Sunday, March
15, evangelist Greg Lentz will
preach in the 11 a.m. and 6
p.m. services. The church is

New Faith Church,
Commerce, will sell fish
sandwiches, hotdogs, sodas
and cake slices on Saturday,

will be Martha Woodyard of

will be an exciting program.”
