BROWNIE TROOP HELPS OUT
Jefferson Brownie Girl Scout Troop 11941 recently did some community service
by helping out at the Jefferson Food Bank. Raegan Phillips, Avrie Crum and Katie
Ronci helped to sort out the donated bread that was given to the food bank for
distribution the day of their visit.
SORTING THROUGH THE CANNED GOODS
Jefferson Brownie Girl Scout Troop 11941 helped out at the food bank located at
Jefferson First Baptist Church. Delaney Duke, Laura Leigh Feeman and Mattie Jane
Cox sorted canned goods that are available for needy families in the area. The girls
found out that the one item that the food bank is always in need of and can rarely
get is jams and jelly, so they are going to make it a troop effort to collect such items
to donate for the food bank.
