Seymour indicted last week for murdering his wife
A JACKSON County Grand
Jury indicted Marty Lewis
Seymour, 31, Commerce, last
week in the murder of his
wife.
The charges stem from
the Dec. 4, 2008, shooting
death of his wife, Jamie Sue
Seymour, 29. Seymour will
be arraigned on March 9.
The Grand Jury also indict
ed the following people in last
week’s session:
