Sealed bids will be received by the Construction Manager until 3:00 p.m..
Thursday. September 17. 2009. at the Gainesville office of the CM,
Charles Black Construction Company, Inc., 604 Washington Street, Suite
A, Gainesville, GA. Bids must be submitted in Duplicate on the CM Proposal
Form along with a 5% Bid Bond if required by the Bid Package. A thorough
review of the bid package description and bid documents is required prior to
submitting bids.
The form of agreement will be AGC Document 640, 1994 Edition, between
the CM and the Successful Bidder.

Security Deed having been
last sold, assigned, trans
ferred and conveyed to
MVB Mortgage Corporation
by Assignment securing a
Note in the original principal
amount of $105,500.00, the
holder thereof pursuant to
said Deed and Note thereby
secured has declared the
entire amount of said indebt
edness due and payable
and, pursuant to the power of

disclosed by an accurate sur
vey and inspection of the
