offer cookbook
THE EAST Jackson
Comprehensive High School
FCCLA Club has collected
the best recipes from students,
teachers, family and friends and
compiled them into a three-ring
binder cookbook.
These one of a kind cook
books may be purchased
from any EJCHS Family and
Consumer Sciences student or
FCCLA member.
All proceeds from the sale of
the cookbook will be used to
help send students to FCCLA
officer training, region and
state FCCLA competitions
and meetings, as well as sup
port local FCCLA Community
Service Projects.
The cookbook, “A Taste of
East,” contains 400 well-loved
recipes including appetizers,
soups and salads, vegetables
and side dishes, main dishes,
breads, desserts, and cookies
and candy. Cookbooks cost
$12
