THE JACKSON County Sheriff's Office arrested 40 people
during the past week, including the following:
•Charles Wheeler Boggs II, 30, 136 Henry Street, Braselton,
violation of parole.
•Robyn Michele Gunnells, 41, 450 Miller McWreath Road,
Danielsville, violation of probation.
•Bobbie Jean Green, 27, 391 McClure Drive, Gillsville, two
counts of battery.
•Barbara Leann Howard, 34, 791 McClure Road, Gillsville,
criminal trespass and two counts of battery.
•Jenna Shah Leeanne Howard, 17, 391 McClure Road,
Gillsville, two counts of battery.
•Ross Peter Turner, 23, 147 Currahee Drive, Homer, posses
sion of tools for the commission of a crime and possession of
less than one ounce of marijuana.
•Melvin Junior Appleby, 36,676 Ridgeway Road, Commerce,
theft by shoplifting, obstruction of a law enforcement officer
and giving false name and date of birth.
•Richardson NMN Ferguson, 29, 1040 East 57 th Street,
Brooklyn, N.Y., driving while license suspended and tail light
violation.
•Cynthia Gail Holt, 46, 6439 Highway 53, Braselton, viola
tion of parole.

Arby’s fire ruled accidental State Court results given for Jackson County
A FIRE at Arby’s restau
rant in Jefferson has been
ruled accidental, according
to an official with Georgia
Insurance Commissioner John
Oxendine’s office.
Spokesman Glenn Allen
said the fire started in the
kitchen area of the restaurant
around the cooking fryers.
The interior of the restaurant
received heavy damage and
the building is a total loss.
According to reports, at just
after 6 a.m. on Wednesday,
Dec. 23, a call was received at

N. Jefferson. A deputy went
to the scene and found the
restaurant in flames.

Institute Fire Departments
responded. The fire was quick
ly extinguished with smoke
and heat damage throughout
the interior. No one was at the
business when the fire was
discovered. No injuries were
reported during this incident.
