Bonds”), and (c) the Costs of
Acquisition and Construction
and the Financing Costs (as
each such term is defined in

PPA-2 Bond Resolution) of
MEAG Power’s hereinafter
defined PPA-2 Project (the
“PPA-2 Bonds”).
The Non-PPA Bonds shall
be issued pursuant to and
bear interest and be payable
as described in the Amended

Resolution, said Non-PPA
Bonds to be issued to finance
the Costs of Acquisition and
Construction and Financing
Costs of the Additional Units
Non-PPA Project (the “Non-

firm that the 2008 Validation
Judgment is in full force and
effect and the bonds to be
issued in accordance with the
2008 Validation Judgment, as
supplemented in this proceed
ing, and the respective security
therefor, remain confirmed and
validated. Any citizen of the
State of Georgia has a right
to object and may intervene
and become a party to this
proceeding.
