four new simple-cycle combus
tion turbines to increase total
output from 770 MW to 1530
MW of electrical energy for
sale. Plant Dahlberg is located
at 585 Jarrett Road, Nicholson,
Georgia. Immediatelyfollowing
the public meeting, a hearing
will be held to receive formal
comments on the application
and draft permit. At the public
hearing, anyone may present
data, make a statement, com
ment or offer a viewpoint or
argument either orally or in
writing.

all citizens of Jackson County

shopping, medical treatment,
social services and other pur
poses.
Jackson County solicits pri
vate sector input and partici
pation to assure that private
for-profit transportation opera
tors have a fair and timely
opportunity to participate in the
development of this program.
Jackson County also solicits
comments and concerns from
the disabled population and
their representatives to assure
that issues relating to the dis
abled are addressed in the
service design proposed dur
ing the planning process.
