Jewelry, items stolen from Jefferson residence
A JEFFERSON family came
home last week to find an esti
mated $32,000 in belongings
stolen, according to the Jackson
County Sheriff’s Office.
The mother at the residence
said she arrived home and
went upstairs to eat dinner in
her bedroom, where she dis
covered that an armoire with
her jewelry was missing. She
then noticed that other items,
including a TV, were missing,
too.
The mother said she left her
Jefferson River Road residence
in the morning and returned that
evening to discover that some
items were stolen, according to
an incident report.
There were no signs of

by the family.
