Television shows like "Antiques Roadshow" and
“Cash in the Attic" arc more popular than ever
and have helped to fuel die antiques and
collectibles c raze. Edwards says,''People arc
now more aware that the} 1 may have a treasure
trove of valuable items tucked a way, collecting
dust. In this tough economy, they are eager to
turn those valuables into cash."
The Cash Crew pays the he si rates for rare and
old items, gold and silver, coins and \ image
collectibles like sports cards, musical
instruments, comic books, toys and watches,
learning up with collectors across Ihe country.
The Cash Crew is taking their Antiquities &
Collectibles Road Show on a 12-month tour of
the United States, visiting both large and small
towns, to dig up hidden treasures.

Al a recent event in New Jersey, Mark brought
in an old military uniform, pi ns, and flags. He
was surprised to leant (hat the uniform was from
a WAV I! Panzer Tank Commander in Ihe North
African theater. After accepting a $300 offer on
the spot, Mark was asked where he came upon
the items, "i found them in a trash bag on the
curb. Someone was cleaning out their
basement, 1 helped myself to a few things,
thinking they might he worth something. Glad I
wtis right!"

metal detector on a

Upon further inspection

taken this coin to a couple of coin shops. No
one else could e\en tell me what it was,"
