as shown on subdivision plat

Records, which plat is incorpo
rated herein by reference and
made a part hereof.
The indebtedness secured
by said Security Deed has
been and is hereby declared
due and payable because of,
among other possible events
of default, failure to comply with
the provisions of the Security
Deed. The debt remaining
outstanding, this sale will be
made for the purpose of pay
ing the same and all expens
es of this sale, as provided in
the Security Deed and by law,
including attorney’s fees (notice
of intent to collect attorney’s
fees having been given as pro

of Banks Jackson Commerce Hospital
and Nursing Home Authority
d/b/a BJC Medical Center
Banks Jackson Commerce Hospital and Nursing
Home Authority d/b/a BJC Medical Center (the
“Authority”) shall hold an executive session on
March 22, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. EST in the BJC
Medical Center Main Conference Room. Its
regularly scheduled public meeting will be held on
March 29, 2010 and separate notice for that
meeting will be published. Pursuant to Georgia
Code Section 31-7-75.2, the executive session shall
be closed to the public in order to allow the
Authority to discuss potentially commercially
valuable plans, proposals, and strategies, including
the negotiation of, and resolution of, certain
agreements and outstanding liabilities, that may be
of competitive advantage in the operation of the
Authority and which have not yet been made
public.
