Neglected horse abandoned at county residence

AN ARCHER Grove Road,
Athens, woman found a
neglected horse on her prop
erty.
She told a deputy with the
Jackson County Sheriff’s
Office that the horse is under
weight and “in bad shape.”

tor were dismissed.

simple battery and public
drunkenness, $600 fine.
•Ismael F. Castillo, driving
without a license, $703 fine.
A charge of speeding was
dismissed.
•Jamie Elias Cruz, simple
battery, $300 fine and proba
tion. Charges of obstructing
a 911 call and cruelty to chil
dren were dismissed.
•Russell Tyler Dalton, sus
pended license, $500 fine and
probation.
•Eva Juanita Echols, deposit
account fraud, $205 fine.
•Zulmaria Padella Figueroa,
license plate violation, $500
fine and 11 months probation.
A charge of driving without a
license was dismissed.
•Mario Shermoan Gresham,
no proof of insurance, $563
fine.
•Gerald Jerome Harris, sim

bation. A charge of criminal
trespass was dismissed.
•Fabio Cardenas Hernandez,
driving without a license and
speeding, $888 fine. A charge
of license plate violation was
dismissed.
•Joseph Kelly, hunting over
bait, $200 fine.

ing, $143 fine.
•Donald James Lyle, sus

probation. A charge of giving
a false name or date of birth to
a law enforcement officer was
dismissed.
•William Chandler
McDougald, theft by taking

weeks in a detention center.

without a license, $500 fine.
A charge of speeding was
dismissed.

closely, $143 fine.
