witnesses or victims, waive fourth
amendment rights and $5,000 fine.
•Louie Richard Beasley, posses
sion of cocaine, $1,500 fine, eight
years probation and waive fourth
amendment rights.
•Donald Leo Holt, theft by taking,
$500 fine and 12 months probation.
•Jeremiah Davenport, battery, 15
weekends in jail, three years pro
bation, $1,000 fine, restitution to
victim and no violent contact with
the victim.
•Jeremiah Maurice Davenport,
battery, to be sentenced later.
•Jason Robert Lonzo, manufactur
ing marijuana (reduced to possession

suspended license and fleeing and

tion. A charge of failure to maintain
lane was dismissed.

$300 fine and 12 months probation.

of one person during the past
week and the investigation of
several incidents.
Laura Wehunt, 30, 151 West
Freeman Street, Maysville,
was arrested and charged with
aggravated assault and point
ing a gun at another. Wehunt
was arrested in the city park
after reports she was scream
ing and carrying a rifle.
