Trust your top priority
Top 100 Hospital
to a
Emerald Williams trusted Northeast Georgia Medical Center with the birth of her
son, Micah, three years ago. Six days after his birth, Micah's life was saved
thanks to a properly installed car seat inspected by a Safe Kids child passenger
safety specialist working in NGMC's ER. At three months of age, Micah was
diagnosed with sickle cell anemia, and Emerald has continued to turn to
Northeast Georgia Medical Center and its doctors to help coordinate his care.
People like Emerald all over Northeast Georgia trust their top priorities to NGMC,
which has been recognized as a 2009 Thomson Reuters 100 Top Hospitals:
National Benchmarks winner. NGMC also is one of only 23 hospitals to
receive the prestigious Everest Award. This includes a select group of
exceptional hospitals and their medical staffs who have achieved
the greatest rate of long term improvement over the last five years.
