A woman told offi
cers with the Commerce
Police Department she
parked her car at this lo
cation for an hour while
she visited friends and
when she returned to her
vehicle she discovered
items missing from the
back seat.
She said the missing
items included a cologne
gift set and a new blan
ket were missing from
the back seat and a set of
car speakers were missing
from the trunk.

Recent State Court proceedings
The following were recently sen
tenced in State Court proceedings in
Jackson County:
•Bryan Keith Wallace, disorderly con
duct, $500 fine and 12 months proba
tion. Charges of criminal trespass and
obstruction of a law enforcement officer
were dismissed.
•Erik Lara. Driving Under the Influ
ence (DUI), $600 fine. 12 months pro
bation, drug/alcohol evaluation, Risk
Reduction Program (RRP), 40 hours of
community service and random screens.
A charge of failure to maintain lane was
dismissed.
•Marty Holland Fouche, theft by shop
lifting, $500 fine, 12 months probation,
drug/alcohol evaluation and do not re
turn to Petro Express at 25 South Elm
St., Commerce.
•Bobby Frank McNeal Jr., simple bat
tery, $500 fine, 12 months probation,
12 weeks of anger management classes,
drug/alcohol evaluation, random screens
and no contact with victim except for
court order for visitation. A charge of
drugs not in original container was dis
missed.
•Beatrice Gleaton Kaiser, DUI and
obstructing an intersection, $1,000 fine,
12 months probation. 10 days in con
finement. drug/alcohol evaluation, 240
hours of community service, no alco
hol, AA two times a week and random
screens.
•Thomas Donald Grulke Jr., disorder
ly conduct and reckless conduct, $1,500
fine, 12 months probation, continue
medications, no alcohol and random
screens. Eight charges of reckless con
duct and a charge of transmitting a false
public alarm were dismissed.
•Chadtavious Trevon Adams, simple
battery - Family Violence Act (FVA),
$500 fine. 12 months probation, credit
for time served, 12 weeks anger man
agement classes and no contact with
victim.
•James Scott Brooks, DUI, $700 fine,
12 months probation, 48 hours confine
ment with credit for time served, drug/
alcohol evaluation, RRP, 40 hours of
community service and random screens.
A charge of failure to yield right of way
was dismissed.
•Ricky Evans, theft by taking. $500
fine, 12 months probation, 90 days con
finement with credit for time served and
$500 in restitution to Wesley Giles.
•Keith Mitchell Justice, simple battery,
obstruction of a law enforcement officer
and driving while driver's license is sus
pended, $1,250 fine, 12 months proba
tion, 30 days confinement with credit for
time served, drug/alcohol evaluation and
random screens. A charge of expired tag
was dismissed.
•Jonathan Kelvin Mead, DUI and driv
ing while driver’s license is suspended,
$1,600 fine, 12 months probation, credit
for time served, drug/alcohol evaluation,
RRP. 40 hours of community service and
random screens. A charge of impeding
the flow of traffic was dismissed.
•William Travis Pardue, criminal tres
pass and theft by taking. $800 fine, 12
months probation, drug/alcohol evalua
tion, random screens and $1,200 in resti
tution to Matthew Wright.
•Brian Keith Parker, DUI, hit and run,
driving while driver's license is suspend
ed and failure to maintain lane, $1,800
fine, 12 months probation, 20 days con
finement with credit for time served,
drug/alcohol evaluation, RRP, 80 hours of
community service and random screens.
Criminal trespass

Arcade Police Depart
ment personnel respond
ed to a report of criminal
trespass at Bulldog Mo
bile Home Park on Athens
Hwy. on Sunday, Decem
ber 20.
The complainant report
ed a person who did not
live in the mobile home
was riding a 4-wheeler,
with a child with no helmet
on sitting on the 4-wheel
er, “very fast" through the
mobile home park.
The offender was warned
to stay off of private prop
erty and the roadway and
ride only on his family’s
property.
