of Walter T. Miller that on the Erst day of
April in the year of our Lord .Eighteen Han
dred and Seventy-two A. C. Schaefer A Co..
a firm composed of A. C Schaefer and Geo.
Y. Barker, made and delivered U, said Wai¬
ter T. Miller a certain mortgage in which
tbe tarn of Six Thousand Dollars was ac
knowieAged to be e.ue the taid plaintiff,
which said mortgage deed hears date April
1st 1STJ. to secure tbe payment of said
amount On 1 , whereby they conveyed to
waiter T. Miller ibe fo lowing parcel described
property,to-wit: That tractor of land
lying Monroe, or Leine n the 3d Dutri t of originally
then Pike, now Spalding County,
and known and distingu shed in the plan of
