Not an April fool, but an earnest request of the officers of the Spald ing county Agricultural Society, that there.be a fall attendance at our next meeting. Saturday, April 7tb, at 3 o’clock p. in., which will be held at the city council loom. The meeting is to be ot.e ol unusual importance. All of the members of the club who have kept themselves posted are aware that the State Agricultural So ciety in connection with the Central Railroad I: s .ppointed Mr. W- L. Glessner, of Amoricus, Commission er of Immigration for this State. Mr. Glessner has issued a circular to all the counties in the State requesting them to get np such information as they can, which will best serve to ad vertise their present and future pros pecte. It is hoped by us that Spald ing county will take action ou this matter at our next meeting.
