of the sweetest angel in dotted Swiss, who
all unconsciously to herself looked prettier
than anybody there. The refreshments
were not the regulation “ices,” but the most
delicious Roman cream accompanied by
cake fit for the geds.

lightful tea party on Thursday evening in

An Act to amend Par. I of Sec. II of Article
VI of the Constitution of this State, so as
to increase the number of Judge* of the
Supreme Court of this State from three to
five, to consist of a Chief Justice and four
Associate Justices.
Section I. Be it enacted by the General
Assembly of the State of Georgia, and It is
hereby enacted by authority of the same.
That tbe Constitution of this State be amend
#d bv adding after the words “Chief Jus¬
tice,” in the 2nd line cf the 1st paragraph of
section II, article VI, thereof the words, “and
four Associate Justices,” Associate in lieu of the words
in said line, “and two Justices,”
