Severs! days ago, at Statenvile station, Charles Goodman shot and killed John Fountain, and he also shot Jack Dell in the grain, inflicting a painful if not dangerous wound. In turn Jack Bell shot Charles Good rain, inflicting a mortal wound. Tbe palatial Wagner palace car sidetrack at the depot at Thomas ville, used by Capt. At Senoia, Tuesday, while a crowd of white and negro urchins were playing around the depot, a negro boy threw a rock at one ot bis com panions. The rook missed the boy, but struck John Hancock in the left eye, cutting it severely. Mr. Han¬ cock will perhaps lose the sight of the eye entirely. Tuesday evening a three roomed oabin on F. T. Berry’s place near Crawford, occupied by negroes, and most of its contents, was burned. How tbe fire originated is not known.
