We extend our heart felt sympathy lo his grief stricken mother aod relations, who have been left to mourn his loss. I learn that there was an old negro woman perished to death a few days ago, she bad grandboys and girls who refused to take care of her. When she would ask for something to eat they would give her water in place of food. If such be true, why should the arm of tho law not be used in such cases.
