J. Judd, late of Nebraska, has
bought of W. Boyce the Lem Brooks
farm. Mr. Judd and family are de¬
lighted with, the Sunny South, and
wonder now why they did not, come
long ago. Mr. Judd is expecting
quite a colony of friends from Ne¬
braska this fall. It was through the
efforts of Judge Stilwell that Mr. Judd
came to Georgia; and do you know
that Judge Stilwell in his kind, quiet
way is meeting with very Jflattering
success in his efforts to induce North¬
ern emigration South? A great
many have written him that they
will come to Georgia in the fall. You
could not And better people on the
