An Ordinance granting certain rights and
franchises to the Brush Eiectrie Company, and

8BCHON 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor „ Geor¬
and City Council ol the city of Griffin,
gia: That the Brush Electric Company, of
Cleveland, Ohio, be and is hereby authorised
to construct maintain, repair and operate

On and after the passage of this Ordinance
It shall not be lawful for any person, cith¬
er for themselves, or ns agent for another, to
offer for sale, in the city of instruments,.without Griffin, any pianos,
organs or other musical

Treasurer a license tor which they shall pay
the sum of *25.00 per day. Provided, this
ordinance shall not lie so construed as to ap¬
ply to resident merchants, who may buy and
sell them ns other merchandise. Nor agents of
wholsalc houses or manufacturers, who sell to
dealers only. Any one violating this ordi¬
nance shall pay a fine not to exceed one hun¬
dred dollars. hereby .
