terday evening, and the four o’clock
trains were each very late.

The stockholders of the Havings
Bank of Griffin will meet at the office
of R. H. Drake this evening at seven
o’clock for the purpose of effecting an
organization, and every one should be

G. W. Kelley, a brother of Dr. J.
M. Kelley, was married at Louis¬
ville on Wednesday night to Miss
Helen C^in. The happy couple ar¬
rived in this city yesterday evening
on a visit to Dr. Kelley and family,
and were accompanied by Mrs. Jno*
H. Ash, of Oliver, a sister of Mrs.
Kelley.
