Herald from St. Petersburg says: The
conversion of Prince Boris of Bulgaria
is the topic of the hour and excite* the
greatest interest in political and diplo-
rustic circles.

‘‘The Orthodoxy of Prince Boris will
kill Russian indifference to Bulgaria
and Bulgaria is coming back to the
