nge in gram being put in. We don't
hear so much about it from this source
now, but the crop is being put in s'l the
same. When the spring sowing sbaU
have been finished after Christmas the
grain acreage of Southwestern Georgia
will be very nearly or quite a* large.

Heat In the Country.
Southwestern Georgia will undoubted
ly make a better showing this winter on
the meat question than she has for the
lost decade. The tngs are fine and fat
and the number of farmers who will
make enough meat to run«them is not
