Yesterday The Tiues-Recobdek bad something to say about tbo lack of water for drinking purposes at tbe South, western depot A more important phase of the matter bos presented itself. It seems that the pumpman down there, backed by the roadway depart ment, has cut off all water from tbe closets in tbe waiting rooms, making impossible to flush the pipes. The stenob which arises is terrible and ladles who were there yesterday actually had to stand on the platform to escape the awful odor which pervaded the waitiog room.
