Death of Sirs. tVflt
The many friends of Mr. IV. II. West,
the Cotton avenue merchant, learn with
regret of his bereavement. Mr. West
has been absent in Columbus for nearly
two weeks, called there to attend bis
mother, who was dangerously ill.
Thursday the kindly noble spirit of
this gentle mother passed to eternal rest.
The funeral services were held In Colum
bus, the home of Mrs. West. She was
greatly beloved, and her death is lament
ed by a sorrowing family and a large
circle of friends.

partment. She is the best in town.
