van hope his wife will soon be restored
to health.
Rev. Walter Dye of Coiambus, Mis*.,
is visiting relatives In the city. Mr. Dyq
once lived in Amerlcns and was the pop
ular and much loved rector of the. Epis
copal chnrob. He has ho*U of friends
who welcome him to his old home.
Miss Nettle Allen of Macon Is In the
city visiting friends. It Is more than
probable that she will change her resi
dence and make Amerieus her home in
future. Miss Nettle has many friends
here who will be glad to hear that she
anticipates returning to her old borne.
