At least 65.000 have passed through Tulnien alone seeking food. Many are falling by the roadside and dyfng in their tracks. The wanderers have no fue.l and the cold is Intense. In cendiarism and pillaging are spreading. The destitute Jews, expelled from Kieff, Astrakan. Moscow and Odossa, are swelling the ranks of tbe famished thou sands. The local authorities everywhere are paralyzed for the want of funds. The organization of relief committees for the distribution of com to the sufferers has been suspended. RIOT IN URUGUAY.
