The Sixth regiment, it is reported, has joined the ranks of the insurgents at the town of Uruguayans, on the Uruguay river, in the southwestern part of Bio Grande do Sal Its com mander, Colonel Salgado, also has gone over to the Eevolutfonists. Their de sertion of the dictator was enthusiasti cally greeted by the inhabitants ot Uruguayans, who appear to be unani mous in their opposition to Fonseca. Besides Urugusyana, the towns of Pedrito, Alegrito, Eosario and Itagul have, it is said, dsclered in favor of the Insurgents. The forces of the new Brazilian junta, which is composed of Dr. Casol Bibeiro, Dr. Astir Brazil and General Osorio, are said to number now 40,000 men. They are reported to be well armed and filled with enthusiasm. Their leaders are said to be planning an immediate, attack upon Porto Alegre, the capitol of Bio Grande do Sul, which still remains loyal to the dictator. The garrison atCasapava is reported to have § one over to the rebels. This makes ie fourth garrison that line deserted Fonseca. At the towns of Santa Ana and Livramonto tne troops of the junta are said to be preparing to marcii upon Bio Janeiro. Uail advices via Coatz state that the Bevolutionists in Bio Grande do Sul have surrounded the arsenul ntltagui. It was defended by 8UU government troops. The Insurgents demanded its surrender. Moffatt and George W. Clayton, two of the principal owners of the Citizens' Water company, have brought suit against the Denver Water company and the Farmers’ Loan and Trn.t company to recover payment on (160,000 worth of bonds, which, with interest, was dne on Oct. 1. The plaintiffs allege that the American Water company, absorbed by the Deliver City, is insolvent, and asks that the court appoint a' receiver to set tle np its affairs. The bonds were originally loaned by the Domestic Water company, another concern bought np by the Denver, and were guaranteed by tne latter, hence the tut against the Denver City oompany. Baltdiorr, Nov, 16.—Twenty-fiva steamships have been chartered hers to load grain, chiefly corn, for Europe. Taking 90,000 bnshels as the average, thetptal represents 9,290,000 bnshels. Besides the steamer charter, there were also berth room engagements representing 730,000 bushels, tne total engagements to carry grain 2,000,000 bnshels for tba past week. Prince George of Wales is seriously ill with enteric fever at Mariborongh house. He was seized with n chill a few days ago, and came from Sandrig- ham on Friday, accompanied by his father.
