Policeman Harrow deserves especial
credit in the assistance he rendered in
working up the Simons case. Americus
has a splendid set of policenieD, always
vigilant and brave. ,
Joe Dudley, instead of Dave Dudley,
was lined in council yesterday, aLd the
name was reported incorrectly. Dave
was exonerated and the case against
him was dismissed.
A number of Masonic brethren were
up from the Americus lodge Wednesday
for the purpose constituting the lodge at
this place and installing the officers.—
