For quite a while Amerlcus has been waiting in momentary expectation of re ceiving orders from headquarters that would secure her the free delivery ser vice. Postmaster Honey has been tireless in his efforts to further this affair and be is very confident that Its establishment Is only a question of time. When seen by a Timks-Kkcom.kii re porter he said: “I feel confident that the free delivery servlee Is only a ques tion of a few weeks. .
