80FTNESS OF SEALSKIN.
Ia Rivaled by Human Hair Where
Dandruff la Eradicated.
Sealskin is admired the world over for
its softness and glossiness; and yet the
human hair is equally as soft and glossy
when healthy; and the radical cause of all
hair trouble is dandruff, which is caused
by a pestiferous parasite that saps the
vitality of the hair at its root. Newhro’s
Herpicide is the only preparation that is
fatal to the dandruff germ. Without dan
druff there is no falling hair, but a lux
uriant growth of glossy, soft hair is cer
tain. Scouring the scalp won’t cure dan
druff. Kill the dandruff germ. Thous
ands of women owe their beautiful suits
of hair to Newbro's Herpicide. Sold by
leading druggists. Send 10c. in stamps

ADVISE SALE OF PAUPER FARM
Grand Jury Has Made Such Recom

Sell the oonuty pauper farm, turn
the cash proceeds inti the treasury
and 'pension hereafter the county’s
poor, is the imporrant rcc immendation
made by the grand jury yesterday in
the general presentments. And inch
suggestion will strike the taxpayers as
i a woe aud timely one. Samtt-r coun

i for the benefit of a very ftw mendi
cants residing there, usual y a half
dozen decrepid old negroes. At the
same time the commissioners pay a
moutbly stipend in cash to thrice that
number, who prefer the'oash to a resi
dence at the poor house. As there
are so few inmates at the farm this
i grand jiry recommended yesterday
the sale cf the land and houses and the
, pensioning of all the pour alike. The
, farm will burg a good prioe, and the
oounty commissioners will thus oon
- aider the ri commendation cf the grand
