Jury Exonerated Kilpatrick
ATLANTA, GA., Nov. 4.—(Special)

—W. R. Kilpatrick, who shot W. D.
Wood under the impression that the
latter was a burglar, was exonerat
ed today by a coroner's jury. A war
rant charging murder was sworn out
by Wood's brother.
