The colored Masonic grand lodge of
Georgia, which has been in annual

There were about 350 representatives
in attendance upon the session here
this week, among them many of the

the state. The delegates were well
entertained by their brethren here, and
the session proved a very successful
one.
The grand lodge maintains in Amer

occupying a handsome brick building,
and all annual meetings of the lodg'-

It’s a stand-still race between a

Wabash, Ind., June 13. —Frank Os
walt of Wabash, an interurban con

right foot to save his life near here

He had thrown a switch and was
crossing the track when his foot
caught in a frog. The car was back

to make th’e motorman hear his cries.
Unable to extract his foot, he ex
erted all his strength in his attempt

perhuman effort freed his foot, but
his great toe was left in the wedge
