i DON’T EXPERIMENT
»
You Will Make No Mistake if You
Follow This Americus Citizen’s
Advice.
r .
r Never neglect your kidneys.
If you have pain in the back, urin
ary disorders, dizziness and nervous
ness, it’s time to act and no time to
I experiment. These are frequently
symptoms of kidney trouble, and
a remedy which is recommended for
the kindeys should be taken in time.
Doan’s Kidney Pills is a good rem
edy to use. No need to experiment.
It has acted effectively in many cases
in Americus. Follow the advice of
! an Americus citizen.
Mrs. H. C. Ferguson, 300 Mayo St.,
Americus, Ga., says: “I suffered from
disordered kidneys and my back pain
ed me intensely. My kidneys also did
their work sluggishly and I felt all
. run down. After taking medicines
prescribed for me, without getting re-
lief, I was induced to try Doan’s Kid
ney Pills. They proved to be just
| what I needed, driving away the pains
j and aches, in fact, making me feel like
a different woman.”

LOVE FOR CHEWING
GUM PROVES FATAL
Atlanta, Nov. 1. —George Bolden, a
negro burglar, was caught by the po
b lice today, betrayed by his inordinate
1 love for chewing gum. He had made
■ a successful get-away, but stopped un
• der an electric light to rummage his
sack for a stick of chewing gum, and
was nabbed in the act by a passing of
ficer.

I
CARRY RESERVED
SEATS WITH THEM
Atlanta, Nov. l. —Numbers of Atlanta
working girls, hopeless of getting seats
'■ in crowded street cars at night, have
adopted the plan of carrying tiny, light
camp stools with them.
The fad is said to have come from
New York, and the New Yorkers are
said to have borrowed it from Europe.
It had its origin in the great cid-world
cathedrials, where in time ut big fes
tivals the seats in the side chap Is are
not nearly sufficient to accomodate the
. great crowds, and worshipers make a
common practice of carrying small i
stools with them to church.
