EXTRA SESSION IS
W HARRIS
FDR NOVEMBER IST
ATLANTA, Ga., Sept. 14. —GovernO"
Harris is back at the capitol and has
announced that he will call the extra
session for November Ist, instead of
December Ist, as it was originally
supposed.
While the governor has made no
statement of what he will include, he
is said to have intimated that there
woul<>be other matters besides the ap
propriations bill, and wise political
heads here think it is a pretty safe bet
that prohibition will be among the list
Governor Harris says that he will
issue the call on September 27th, and
what will be included will probably
not be known with absolute certainty
until the call is .actually issued.
That the session will be at least thir
ty days long and possibly longer is
said to be extremely likely.
