A MERCILESS JUDGE
One Who Shows No Favor.
A merciless judge is Father Time.
Before him the weak and the wanting
go to the wall. Only the truth can
stand. For years the following state
ment from an Americus resident has
withstood this sternest of all tests.
Mrs. Alice L. Cobb, 630, Forsyth St.,
Americus, says: “I was subject to at
tacks of pain across the small of my
back. Sometimes I had dull beadaches,
felt languid and had but little energy.
I was advised to try Doan’s Kidney
Pills and since using them, have been
feeling much better. They relieved me
of the pain in my iback and my kid
neys became normal.” (Statement
given March 28, 1908.)
Lasting Results.
MORE THAN SIX YEARS LATER,
Mrs. Cobb said: “No one could be
, more glad than I to again recommend
Doan’s Kidney Pills. I haven’t needed
any since they last benefited me.”

TECHNICAL EHAfIGE
IS WITH LARCENY
ATLANTA, Ga„ Feb. 23.—While the
charges on which Victor E. Innes and
Mrs. Innes are to be extradited from
Texas to Georgia are merely larceny
after trust, the main interest behind
the case is whether or not it will be
possible after they are brought here
for trial to produce any evidence to
connect them with the disappearance
and alleged murder of the two Nelms
girls, Eloise Nelms Dennis and Bea
trice Nelms.
The making away with the Nelms
girls is the real milk in the cocoanut,
and were it not for this feature, the
ef'ort would probably have never
been made which is now resulting in
I
' the bringing of the pair to Georgia for
I trial.
Solicitor General Hugh Dorsey be'
lieves that it will take about forty
more days to complete the legal steps
incident to extraditing the fugitives,
and he expects to have Innes and Lis
wife in the Fulton county tower some
where early in April.
It is pointed out that if the Innes
fcair can be convicted on some of the
ten larceny after trust counts, they
can be sentenced for a term of years,
during which it seems reasonably cer
tain that something will turn up to
show what really happened to the
