as stipulated in said deed or shall
make default in auy of the stipulations
in said deed all of said debt may be
declared due and payable and default
having been made in the payment of
the interest and the principal debt and
default having been made in all of the
agreements and stipulations in said
deed, and said deed by its terms and
stipulations provides that if the annual.
premiums on a policy of lite insurance
issued by the Security Mutual Life In
surance Co., to Henry C. Hardy, the
interest of Henry C. Hardy having:
been transferred to A. J. Bostwick by’
H, C. Hardy as additional security for'
this debt and if default be made in this j
respect all of the debt secured shall i
fall due and payable.
Then A. J. Bostwick might declare'
the whole of said debt due and that
said deed provides that the property
described herein might be sold before
the court bouse door in Websler Coun
ty citer advertising the same fo 1- thirty
days, once a week for four weeks, in
the newspaper in which the Sheriff’s J

ty, and by his agent or representative
sell for cash said lands after sail ad

door in Webster County, for cash, and
the proceeds applied to payment of said
debt and the balance to the said Mary
B. Hardy, after paying all expenses of
sale, and that A. J. Bostwick may
make titles to the purchaser conveying
all the interest of Mary B. Hardy in
said lands.
Wherefore default has been made in
payment of said debt and in all the
stipulations in said deed and all said
debt is now due to-wit, principal and
interest thereon. Therefore, the said
A. J. Bostwick will sell at public out
cry to the highest bidder for cash, un
der and by virtue of the power of sale
contained in said deed above described,
to the highest bidder before the court
house door in Preston, Webster County,
on the First Tuesday in March, 1917,
