“OVER THE TOP.”
Over the top for all soldier boys,
It’s easy to say it here;
Easy to stay at home and trust
1 hose that are brave and true.
i
I Hew about over the top for you?
Living at home secure;
Earning your ten, serving the men, i
That’s over the top for you!
Over the top of your list of friends i
Over the names of all;
There’s more than one name of a
fighting lad,
Gone to the Country’s call.

Help him to carry his heavy pack.
He’s got enough to do;
Let’s back him up with a Y. H. Hut,
Over the top for me.
