Mrs. Caruso Coming
South With Husband
ATLANTA, Feb. 22.—Atlanta society
has feted and dined Enrico Caruso on
numerous occasions, is much excited
over the announcement that he will
be accompanied South this spring by
Mrs. Caruso. Friends of the noted
tenor in Atlanta are eager to see his
bride, who has the reputation of be
ing unusually beautiful and who in
addition is said to resemble very
strongly one of the younger matrons
of Atlanta’s social set.
Mrs. Caruso is expected to accom
pany the tenor to Atlanta for his
opera engagement here during the
week of April 21-26. The week of opera
in the past has been the South’s gala
week, and Caruso has received many
social attentions.
This year opera week promises to
be more successful and festive than
on any former occasion. The advance
applications for blocks of seats is al
ready very large, and letters are pour
ing in from all over the South. Out
of-town patrons of the opera will be
able to secure by advance application
an equal chance at the good seats,
along with residents of Atlanta. In
this connection it is interesting to note
that are more applications for
boxes than ever before, this being
ascribed to the fact that the operas
■chosen are universally popular.
ANOTHER AMERICUS CASE
It Proves That There’s A Way Out
For Many Suffering Americus
Folks.
Just another report of a case in
Americus. Another typical case. Kid
tney ailments relieved in Americus with
Doan’s Kidney Pills.
J. T. Bragg, police lieutenant, 705
Hancock, says: “Doan’s Kidney Pills
•certainly proved valuable to me. Some
times when being on my feet a good -
•deal, a dull pain comes across the
small of my back. Often my kidneys
act irregularly, too. I have used
Doan’s Kidney Pills on more than one
•occasion and can say with a certainty
they greatly relieve dme. I think a
great deal of this medicine ” (S|ate
nent given June 16,1914.)
On April 24, 1918, Mr. Bragg said:
'*‘l’ll never change my high opinion of
Doan’s Kidney Pills I use this medi
cine occasionally and it keeps my id
ceys in fine condition. I am pleased
to confirm my former nedorsement.”
