resides.

sold as the property of Z. S. Childers
to satisfy a certain fi fa, which issued
from the City Court of Americus dur
ing the year 1917 in favor of R. E.
Cato, and which was transferred by
the estate of R. e. Cato to W. E.
Mitchell. Tenant in possession and

nent roads in said county as is speci
fied and provided in an order passed
and granted on the 14th day of April,
1919, by Z. A. Littlejohn, judge of the
Superior court of the Southwesafern
Circuit fixing said date of April 26th
1919, for the hearing of said petition.
This notice is given as provided by
section 450 of the Code of Georgia of
1910.
